The French think Nice is as close to paradise as one can get. The sun heats the year. Winters are mild, spring delectable. The view from the famous beach promenade, Promenade des Anglais, is enchanting. Turn you gaze towards the Alps, Italy seems to dive down in the Mediterranean while you are right in front of you, palms, purple Bougainvillea and beautiful white buildings. Then go over the road, you are already on the Nice-mile long beach. Very nice!
